Train the Trainer

The train-the-trainer program incorporates proven techniques and strategies for training trainers how to use our approach. Participants will receive a curriculum design, facilitator’s guide, and a series of Dramatic Solutions signature “Dramatic Engagers” and “Dramatic Situations”. In addition, they will learn the power of successful processing and learning objectives. Participants will leave with a full day’s curriculum, practice in work with groups, and a clear understanding of how to make their groups active, engaging, and fun. This dynamic course empowers trainers to transform their teaching methods by incorporating active learning strategies and drama-based training techniques. Participants will explore how to create an engaging and interactive learning environment that enhances retention, encourages critical thinking, and fosters collaboration.
