The use of drama and active learning is at the core of how we work, always with a clear focus on emerging theory and evidence-based practices. In 1995, the founders of Dramatic Solutions, Inc. (DSI) set out to develop an approach that was unique and differentiated from didactic theory-based teaching and trainings. In reality, most people, young and old, have the innate capacity to learn. Nonetheless, major barriers often interfere with cognition, including non-nonengagement, insufficient motivation, and lack of self-efficacy. DSI’s trainings give participants the opportunity to not only see but to do. By doing, they can better remember, and in turn, learn and grow.

What makes DSI unique is how we individualize the training experience for each client. Certified experts in Drama Therapy and the Process Communication Model®, DSI’s staff development and corporate training modules are scalable, user friendly, and culturally competent. Notably, DSI’s experiential learning curricula are available in widely accessible formats, ranging from workshops to toolkits and multimedia presentations. DSI offers cutting-edge avant-garde techniques, yet their methodologies are grounded in sound theory and evidence-based practices.
