Change Management

This one-day seminar will give you and understanding how to manage change, an essential skill when working in a rapidly changing work environment. In this intensive workshop, you identify the external and internal forces that cause change, such as leading a new initiatives or projects, working to change the culture of the organization, launching new technology or entering new markets. You gain the skills to understand how others react to change and how to effectively lead them through that time.

Conflict Management

This one-day conflict management seminar provides effective solutions to conflict that might occur within an organization. It incorporates brain-based, hands-on, skills development learning to help managers and team members become more flexible and effective troubleshooters and problem solvers. Stepping into the roles of mediator and negotiator, participants will learn how they can detect early signs of conflict, resolve disagreements, and avoid possible negative consequences. The program will delve into common problems in your workplace and help you develop effective conflict management strategies and the skills needed to deal with difficult people and challenging situations. In addition, participants will learn how to create win-win situations that will guarantee better relationships and a more productive work environment.

Customer Service

This one or two-day customer service seminar is designed to enhance employee skills in the provision of outstanding customer service—enabling your organization to exceed client expectations and garner repeat business. Our creative, interactive learning approach engages participants in a process that helps develop necessary skills for good person-to-person relations. Participants will understand the power of effective communication and how they contribute to, or detract from, your company’s image. Leadership and Management

This one-day seminar will explore situational/transformational leadership styles. The experience is designed to reinvent and empower your personal leadership teams. It focuses on one central question – what does it mean to BE a leader? We engage how you are thinking about yourself and others to open new possibilities for conversation and action. This training is designed to allow you to discover the automatic assumptions that influence your decision-making power through real-time, hands-on activities. It is one thing to know what to do as a leader, it is quite another to know who to be.

Performance and Management

This two or three-day program is for those who wish to improve their understanding of what it takes to become a successful leader; how to communicate effectively with staff; and how to set goals as well as build commitment and motivation. We help them explore effective options for managing difficult staff. In addition, we emphasize upon the soft skills needed to motivate and lead the team. Participants will learn how to communicate more effectively with staff and develop the self-confidence and motivation necessary to lead the team. This workshop will help you to re-define your vision, set realistic and action driven goals for your organization and explore various options for managing staff and improving work morale. Our training is designed to help you develop into a leader that is valued and respected— so that you can, in turn, begin to reap the rewards of outstanding leadership.

Process Communication Model® Core Concepts

This three-day training program is designed to teach individuals how to use a process approach as members of teams, in negotiations and in their everyday work and personal lives. They will learn how to connect with others, communicate more effectively and ensure cooperative relationships with those with whom they interact. They will learn how to keep themselves out of distress and how to deal with others who may be in distress. In addition to the course manual, participants will receive their own individualized profiles, which include their personality structure, strengths, stressors and an action plan for success

Process Communication Model® Advanced Concepts

This two-day seminar focuses on connecting, motivating, and resolving conflict. Participants will practice, practice, practice and practice some more intervention and prevention strategies to facilitate crisp communication and effective relationships. Participants will receive their own individualized manuals with base and phase scripts identified. Prerequisite: Attendance at the 3-day PCM seminar.

Team Building

This one or two-day seminar will provide a dynamic and interactive training that increases employee’s ability to work effectively with each other in a structured work environment and accomplish company goals. Our hands-on, drama-based training approach will equip staff with the skills necessary to improve professional relationships in order to function creatively and comfortably in a group or team situation. The program is designed to boost overall workplace morale and help assure organizational productivity and positive change. Participants will be able to identify obstacles that can hinder team progression and stunt company growth and in turn, learn the practical skills needed to put their best foot forward and get the job done.

Train the Trainer

This three-day train-the-trainer program incorporates proven techniques and strategies for training trainers how to use our approach. Participants will receive a curriculum design, facilitator’s guide, and a series of Dramatic Solutions signature “Dramatic Engagers” and “Dramatic Situations”. In addition, they will learn the power of successful processing and learning objectives. Participants will leave with a full day’s curriculum, practice in work with groups, and a clear understanding of how to make their groups active, engaging, and fun.
