Who We Are

At Dramatic Solutions we have a core team of associates covering all areas of project development, client liaison and delivery; drawn from HR, L&D, career guidance, education, psychology and drama-based training backgrounds. We also use specialist partners as and when necessary for training delivery and ongoing support.

The Dramatic Solutions brand experience is shaped entirely by the talented individuals we work with, which is why we prioritize their development through regular feedback, quality assurance assessments, and ongoing professional growth. While we maintain high standards, we also recognize potential and reward dedication with support, loyalty, shared best practices, and long-term partnerships.

We deliver training, presentations, and events across the United States, ranging from single-day sessions to multi-day programs over several months. Our audiences vary in size from intimate groups of 2 to 3 participants to larger gatherings of 200 to 300. Collaborating closely with you, we meticulously organize and manage every aspect of the project, providing a thorough evaluation to showcase the results upon completion.

The team is led by Dr. Carmen White, who brings more than 25 years of experience in training design and delivery. Dr. White is a coach, consultant, trainer and expert in experiential learning specializing in the development and delivery of both live and digital programs that drive real, and measurable behavioral change.
